rest for remainder of time

deadlift strength:
work up to a 5 rep max deadlift for the day
then perform:
3×8 deadlifts @ 75%
WOD
100, 150, or 200 calories on the AAB with a partner

Thursday, 06/06
14 min AMRAP:
12 hang power snatches
32 ab-mat sit-ups

post WOD strength:
5 sets of 5-8 strict pull-ups
